Thanks so much for this awesome file. Was wondering if you had the PDF available for download? Pepakura is not available for Mac users unfortunately... I will totally credit you if I manage to make it! Hoping to Cosplay Alice later this year
Download the Pepakura Designer. Its free to download. Once you have it downloaded, you will be able to view the file. You can use whatever you want, as this is your project and there are many ways to go about things. I'll just share with you what I use. I use 110lb cardstock. I usually get it from Wal-Mart in the paper section of the store. I use regular old Elmer's glue to glue the pieces together. Everything has already been sized for letter paper. Once you download the file, and the program, you will be able to just print it without changing anything. I sized it and unfolded it. You just need to re assemble it.
This is amazing!! I've been wanting to make the Hobby Horse, just didn't know how to create it. Really, you're pepakura work is excellent! That is unfortunate about the files having been taken down, but understandable due to the situation. I hope to god this won't stop you from doing what you love to do.
Awesome sauce! I haven't played Skyrim, but I know a few cosplayers who've made particular armor pieces and weapons that came out real nice! I have some skill in making props, just been doing a load of research on how to make the hobby horse for my Alice cosplay. I came across you're DA and just had to admire all your pepakura work, just amazing!
Thank you for releasing these, I know how you were hesitant since you've had problems people not crediting you or taking credit. When I make these I will definitely credit you and link you the finished project
I edit the models to make sure they don't intersect. Then when I import into pepakura, that isn't a problem anymore. Floating parts are ok, because they can be added when you are building the actual project, but intersecting pieces are generally a no go.
OH, Darn I was worried about that lol What program do you use generally? I think I need to start teaching myself how to do that ^_^' I've got some great monster hunter weapon obj but they have tons of intersecting parts and it's frustrating
